Photo Journey of Karnali
Photo Journey of Karnali, a photo exhibition organized by Karnali Tourism Development Forum Nepal (KTDF-Nepal), commenced on Monday 6th of July at Nepal Tourism Board, Kathmandu.
A total of 109 photos are on display at the exhibition. The exhibition will continue till July 11.
Photos at the exhibition bear a price tag ranging between Rs 2,500 and Rs 7,000.

About Gallery 1827
Gallery 1827 is a unique gallery which has been established with the aim to promote professional and amateur photographers. The gallery will be organising photo exhibitions every month of different photographers on topics which will help showcase Nepal’s natural beauty – its landscapes, flora and fauna and rich heritage -the temples and unique festivals.
The gallery also hopes to form a bridge between photographers and viewers so that a larger audience gets to see the works of these talented photographers. The Gallery 1827 is centrally located at Maitidevi and will be opening up Café Galleries at various places.
The first exhibition at the gallery is of student Bibhas Maharjan Suwal’s first solo exhibition titled “My Point of View 2008”. Maharjan's exhibition captures the various attractive facets of Nepal and India while on school excursion. Exhibition is on from July 6, 2009 at Gallery 1827 Café de Newroad (Beside New Road Gate). Opens daily from 10am to 6 pm.
