TRAVELING Chobi Mela V
International Festival of Photography

NEPAL ART COUNCIL, BABAR MAHAL, KATHMANDU

The festival will include 12 exhibitions by artists from 9 countries. It will also include a range of presentations and workshops.

Workshop and presentation details are below. Register soon as seats are limited. Please make sure you submit all requirements with your registration.

WORKSHOP DETAILS


CLOSENESS: Workshop by photographer Munem Wasif/ Agence VU
Saturday, 23rd May 2009 to Tuesday, 26th May 2009 | 10 am - 4 pm
Nepal Art Council, Babar Mahal

Each day participants will meet from 10 am to 4 pm. The assigned topic will be "Closeness". Participants will make photographs of something which is very close to them, to their heart. They can interpret the word in their own way, conceptually. Photographs must be creative, personal and emotional.

* Open to professional photographers/ photojournalists.
* Submission deadline: May 18th 2009
* Submission requirements: Portfolio (in both print and digital) of 10-15 images.
